They have been cut from 100% super-combed cotton, and have been pigment dyed and sand washed 3 times to impart that faded out-in-the-sun look and an extra soft feel to the fabric. All the washing means also that these shirts don't shrink.
The scoop of the deep boat neck is especially comfortable, giving a feeling of openess and freedom of movement as do the off-the-shoulder sleeves that fall an inch or two below the elbow. All seams have been double-needle stitched for a finished look and durability. The sleeves are hemmed, while the quality continues to the inside where shoulder-to-shoulder taping covers all the inside seams. It's seldom that you see this on a 'T'. The shirt also has side-sewn seams for increased comfort and a more tailored look compared to shirts of less quality that are usually cut from a single tubular piece. Sidevents have also been included along with a 2-inch tail and tone-on-tone cotton herring bone trim at the vent openings. The 6" x 6" oversized breast pocket incorporates a great convenience feature: a loop for holding your glasses at the ready when you don't need them. Atone-on-tone Pusser's Anchor with the letters PUSSER'S WEST INDIES BVI is embroidered on the pocket. On the back of the shirt, there's a convenient PUSSER'S BVI hang tag.
