Full Program Of Pusser's-Powered Regattas This Summer

There's a full program of Pusser's Rum powered regattas in the US and elsewhere this Summer. The original navy rum and the rum of Great Britain's Royal Navy for 330 years, Pusser's will be ensuring that sailors are well armed and well rewarded for their on-water battles.

Pusser's-powered regattas get more than their daily tot with Pusser's Rum, Painkiller and Grog mix to keep the happy hours happy and decanters, flagons and hip flasks from the exclusive range of Pusser's ceramics as prizes.

Skippers receive exclusive orange skippers' caps embroidered with the event name while the crew receive a white Pusser's cap. Navy Tot Fund Pennants adorn the boats.

Pusser's sponsored the Sarasota Sailfest 2005 in Florida in early May which drew a record entry of 186 registered boats. Winds were gusting up to 30 knots, so with only one race on Saturday, the bar was busier than ever and the Painkillers were a major success.

I've been a fan of Pussers since I enjoyed my first drop at the Soggy Dollar Bar in Jost Van Dye almost twenty years ago. I even bought the only small flask off their shelf and have treasured it ever since. Now, I have the "Daddy" Decanter to display along with it - super!
