• Accommodations include a complimentary Continental Breakfast.
• All rates are per night and are determined by date requested.
• * The BVI Government requires us to charge a seven percent hotel tax. A twelve and a half percent service charge is added to all rooms.
• Credit card guarantee is required. Failure to give us forty-five days Cancellation Notice will result in a 50% room charge. Visa, Master Card, American Express, cash, and traveler's checks are accepted. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
